I help ambitious technology products become understood, trusted and adopted.
Product marketing, positioning and growth systems for teams building difficult things.
Web3 marketer, founder and growth operator. Building at the intersection of technology, narrative and distribution since 2018.

Technology is only half the problem.
The other half is helping people understand why it matters.
Kevan Shah is an Ahmedabad-based Web3 and AI product marketing strategist, founder of Hangryfeed, and Head of BD at Zealy, working with technical products on positioning, go-to-market strategy, partnerships and growth systems.
My journey started in 2016 managing 12+ Instagram accounts from scratch while studying electrical engineering. Driven by a passion for marketing and strategy, I read 100+ business books, completed MIT coursework, and spent the past six years advising 300+ Web3 startups—consistently working 16+ hour days.
As Head of BD at Zealy and founder of Hangryfeed, I build distribution loops and growth systems for ambitious technology products. My ultimate goal is to build a unicorn that helps 10M+ people.
Three focused areas of work.
No generic 10-service checklists. Just the core levers that move technical products from obscurity to traction.
